"Each time an asthma patient comes in, I can pull out NEEF's guidelines to further educate my residents, as well as my patients. The best part is that they get it. I don't have to make a case to my students and residents about the importance of environmental health in their practice-- the guidelines make the case for them. It has been an invaluable resource in my professional development and in my work with those I am now mentoring. While it would be easy to just put an inhaler in an asthma patient's hands, I know by using NEEF's materials that I am making my work and my students' education more comprehensive and my patients' lives healthier."
-Dr. James Roberts, associate professor Department of General Pediatrics, Medical University of South Carolina
