Grant Recipients Celebrate EE Week with School Projects
In 2008 the National Environmental Education Foundation, in partnership with HSBC Bank USA, chose three DC-area schools as grant recipients for school projects.
Over the course of the 2008-2009 school year, students and teachers at Horace Mann Elementary School (Washington, DC), Rock Terrace School (Rockville, MD), and George Mason Elementary School (Alexandria, VA) have put their $1,000 grants to work by engaging in school projects.
