- 04/15/2009: The Spectrum, St. George, Utah - A special Junior Ranger Day program to confront "nature deficit disorder" has been scheduled as part of Environmental Education Week. The goal, officials say, is to help combat “nature deficit disorder,” a term used to describe the lack of knowledge children often get from spending more time on computer screens, watching television and using other indoor activities.
