Our Partners

Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens

Our partners are core to accomplishing our mission. To provide “knowledge to live by” nationwide we depend on working with others whose skills, experiences and networks complement our own. Our Congressional Charter encourages public-private partnerships and we actively seek strategic alliances with complementary organizations.

Over the past 20 years, we have formed thousands of relationships with organizations across the country including government agencies, private companies, foundations and nonprofit organizations. These relationships range from volunteer projects in national parks to multi-year sponsorships of student grants to undertake conservation projects.  We strive to build relationships that advance shared goals and know that partnerships work best when they are mutually beneficial. We hope that you will take a few minutes to learn more about our approach to partnerships.

Corporate Partnerships and Sustainability

Click to learn from NEEF President Diane Wood on corporate partnerships and sustainability in a front page interview article in the Metropolitan Corporate Counsel.

"Successful organizations approach businesses on the business level. So many nonprofits are just looking for the check to be cut, not an actual partnership. Those nonprofits that are able to say ‘this is a business partnership, and here’s the experience that we can offer your employees,’ are the ones that can get the most out of a strategic partnership… One example of a nonprofit that we've been working a lot with is NEEF"
