2016 Every Day Capacity Building Grantees

NEEF's Every Day Capacity Building Grants--offered annually in two cycles (winter and summer)--provide select Friends Groups with funds of up to $5,000 to help build their organizational capacity to serve public lands. A Friends Group is a nonprofit organization whose mission is focused on serving a public land in the United States and the improvement and responsible use of that site.

In August 2016, NEEF awarded 29 Friends Groups up to $5,000 each to fund a year-long project intended to stengthen their ability to operate more effectively at an organizational level.
