National Environmental Education Foundation (NEEF) is pleased to announce the awardees for the 2020-21 Restoration and Resilience COVID Recovery Fund grant. Thanks to major support from Toyota Motor North America, International Paper, and the Hilton Effect Foundation, NEEF is providing $203,000 in grant funding.

NEEF Announces Awardees of NPS-21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) Greening STEM Grant

NEEF is proud to announce the six awardees of the NPS-21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) Greening Stem Grant. The  grants are part of a collaborative partnership between NEEF, the National Park Service (NPS) and the US Department of Education (ED) to deliver STEM programming that engages youth from underresourced and/or underrepresented communities using NEEF’s Greening STEM model.

NEEF, through a partnership with Samsung and the EPA's ENERGY STAR® program, is pleased to announce the return of the popular Climate Superstars Challenge this October. Climate Superstars is a 10-day online eco-challenge exclusively for middle school classrooms (grades 6-8) that teaches students about the environment and how they can take an active role in caring for its future.

NEEF is proud to announce the awardees for the second round of Restoration & Resilience Grants for 2020. With major support from Toyota Motor North America, this grant totaling $75,000 assists nonprofits conducting restoration and community engagement projects on public lands throughout the U.S. that have been impacted by natural disasters.

The National Environmental Education Foundation (NEEF) is pleased to announce that Jeniffer Harper-Taylor will continue her tenure on its Board of Directors for another four-year term. Harper-Taylor is the head of STEM education for the Siemens Foundation, which advances workforce development and education initiatives in science, engineering technology and math.

The National Environmental Education Foundation (NEEF) is proud to announce the National Capital Partnership for Regional Invasive Species Management (PRISM) as a recipient of the 2019 Biodiversity Conservation Grant.  With major support from Toyota Motor North America, the Biodiversity Conservation Grant provides $200,000 in grant funding to support PRISM’s biodiversity conservation projects on America’s public lands.
