Rosemary Enobakhare currently serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategy, Policy, and Strategic Engagement at the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Previously, she was appointed by President Biden to serve as the Associate Administrator for the Office of Public Engagement and Environmental Education. Before that, she was appointed by the Obama Administration to serve as the Deputy Associate Administrator for Public Engagement and Environmental Education in the Office of the Administrator at the EPA. She has previously served as the Coalition Director for the Clean Water for All Coalition, where she helped build one of the most diverse federal coalitions to defend bedrock clean water protections at the federal level.
