Dayna McRoberts: Two fourth grade students from CP Smith Elementary School in Burlington, VT, collect wind speed and direction data and observations outside their school using homemade anemometers and wind vanes!

Eugene Moore: Students from Lakewood, CO, compete in the Dunstan Middle School Solar Sprint challenges to use scientific principals (force, motion, aerodynamics, experimentation, etc.), creative thinking, problem solving, and teamwork to design and build high-performance model solar vehicles.
