Beautification of our Butterfly Garden

"National Public Lands Day is the nation's largest single-day volunteer effort for America's public lands, and we'd love for you to join in! Participating in NPLD is a great way to get the recommended 60 minutes of daily activity while you lend a hand for public lands. Join T.O. Fuller State Park for National Public Lands Day as we work on the beautification of our butterfly garden nearby the T.O. Fuller Interpretive Learning Center! Clothing appropriate for the work at hand is highly suggested. Working tools and water will be provided. Also, volunteers are asked to gather at the Park's Visitors' Center at 9:00 a.m.
|
|Following the Service Project, participants are invited to join one of the Rangers here at T.O. Fuller State Park on an enjoyable interpretive hike along our discovery trail. During the hike, participants can observe various forms of nature and wildlife as we share significant history about the life and evolvement of T.O. Fuller State Park. For more information, please contact the Park's Visitors' Center at (901) 543- 7581.
