Planting Trees for the Future

Join us for Your State Parks Day and help plant a live oak tree for the future. Hofwyl-Broadfield Plantation has hundreds of centuries old, historic live oak trees. However, through the years a number of trees have naturally died leaving empty places in the landscape. We will be transplanting saplings to fill these spaces. Tools will be provided, bring gloves and insect repellant. The project will begin at 9 a.m
