Wildlife Friendly Fencing Project

Volunteers will be helping to remove barbed wire strands from a section of boundary fencing along DS Road to Glade Park. This will mark the beginning of an on going project aimed at replacing barbed wire with smooth wire along various sections of the Monument boundary fence, in an effort to make the fence more wildlife friendly.

Volunteers will be removing the top and bottom strands of wire from our DS Road boundary fence, working in teams assigned to varying tasks. Volunteers will be given necessary tools and safety equipment.
