Riparian Restoration and Invasive Species Management
Learn and participate in riparian restoration at Camp Rilea. Participants will help plant alder trees and other native plants along the river to improve pollinator habitat, enhance installation resilience through erosion control, restore a historically significant ecosystem, and manage valuable natural resources.

Event details
The Neacoxie Creek riparian restoration project represents a significant investment in the health and resilience of our public lands. By planting 175 native alder trees and associated species, we will improve pollinator habitat, protect critical infrastructure, and restore a historically valuable ecosystem.
