Stephen Sikra

Stephen Sikra is Chairman and CEO of MagisOpus, a global consulting firm focused on sustainability, strategy, and systems change. He completed a five-year leadership term at the Alliance to End Plastic Waste, where he served as Vice President & Head of the Americas and Chief of Staff in Singapore, helping raise US$1.2 billion to combat plastic waste globally. Steve retired from Procter & Gamble after more than 28 years, where he held leadership positions across R&D, product supply, package development, and upstream materials innovation. He played a key role in developing and executing P&G’s global plastic sustainability strategy and was instrumental in the formation of the Alliance to End Plastic Waste. He currently serves his second term on the Board of Directors of the National Environmental Education Foundation (NEEF) and has previously held leadership and advisory roles with the Association of Plastic Recyclers (APR), The Recycling Partnership, and the Closed Loop Fund. Steve holds degrees in Materials Science & Engineering and Business, and resides in Texas.
