Event details
Up to 20 volunteers will dismantle wooden fencing previously used to keep cattle out of Hyatt Lake Recreation Area. The removal of this heavy-duty fence will restore habitat connectivity, allowing large animals to easily make their way to and from Hyatt Lake. Gloves, tools, and snacks will be provided. Volunteers will need to bring plenty of water and a sack lunch. Register at cascadesiskiyou.org.
