Connecting communities to incredible resources found on public lands brings understanding, builds relationships, and fosters stewardship of the Bighorn Basin’s sagebrush steppe environment.  We will be modifying a fence on BLM land in the YU Bench area. This fence mod is part of Absaroka Fence Initiative (AFI)'s Carter Mountain Pronghorn Fence Project and will improve the migration corridor for Pronghorns.   

Wear good work shoes or boots, long sleeves and pants, work gloves and eye protection. Gaiters can help protect legs in sagebrush. All are welcome to come—this is a family-friendly event for all ages and experience levels.
