Come celebrate the completion of the Lobatos Bridge Outdoor Classroom & Recreation Enhancement project.  The project and celebration are located at the historic Lobatos Bridge that spans the Rio Grande in Conejos and Costilla counties in southern Colorado on Friday, September 26th from 11am-1pm MST.  The event dedicates the site as an outdoor classroom to include 16 interpretive panels, as well as an impressive recreation area complete with picnic sites, a restroom, and a boat ramp.  Guest speakers will dedicate the new recreation site followed by a celebration including local cuisine.
