Come serve Tennessee and National Public Lands Day by helping to remove the Tree of Heaven. The tree of heaven (Ailanthus altissima) is a rapidly growing deciduous tree native to China that has become a widespread invasive species across North America. 9am-12:00 pm at the Head of the Sequatchie, 270 Glyph Parkway, Pikeville TN. Gloves will be provided. Please wear closed toe shoes/boots, bring snacks and water.
