Event details

This event includes trail maintenance to improve the North Country Trail in the Porcupine Wilderness State Park. We'll clear brush, branches, and downed trees on approximately 3 miles of trail. Bring brushcutters, loppers, or chainsaws. Please wear gloves and other personal protective equipment and dress for the weather. 

We will meet at the intersection of South Boundary Road and Gogebic County Highway 519 near the Presque Isle River bridge. The North Country Trail crosses the South Boundary Road near the bridge. 

We will meet at 9:00 am central time and work until approximately 12:00.
