The event, organized by Old Hickory Lake Resource Office, is calling people of all ages—families with young children eager to help keep our lake beautiful, high school students fulfilling volunteer hours, and seasoned community members who have been enjoying Lock 3 for years. We ask that you come equipped with shared enthusiasm because we will provide gloves, trash pickers, and trash bags. Before the cleanup begins, Park Ranger Nate Pennington will give a brief orientation highlighting the event's goals and safety protocols.
