Join Heidi Braunreiter, OKNP's Prescribed Fire Coordinator, and Maddy Heredia, USFWS's Partners Biologist, to catch and tag monarch butterflies. Whild instructing you on the dos and don'ts of butterfly tagging, Heidi and Maddy will also educate the group on prescribed fire's role in maintaining habitat for monarchs and other pollinators at Perryville Battlefield. Tags and butterfly nets will be provided.
