Event details

Volunteers from our Partners, the local high school, local scouting groups, community organizations and the general public will gather at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area to celebrate Public Lands as we Care for our Shared America. Following a recent multiyear, multimillion dollar shoreline restoration project, we will be reestablishing trails and restoring vegetation to prepare the area for the grand ribbon-cutting event in December. Gloves, buckets and other tools will be provided. Bring refillable water bottle and be prepared for the elements. Some work is in-water mangrove planting so wear water shoes and prepare to get wet.

Volunteers can pre-register by emailing kmoore@blm.gov or just show up on the day of the event near the south trail head on Beach Road at 8:00am.
