On September 26th, 2026, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Lake Kaweah will be hosting National Public Lands Day from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Horse Creek Campground.

Come volunteer to make a direct, positive impact on our local environment and recreational facilities. We will be working together on key restoration efforts, including:

• Picking up litter to protect our shoreline and wildlife.
• Removing graffiti to restore natural features and structures.

Please arrive between 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM to sign in and register with USACE staff. 

Volunteer Lunch Provided!
As a thank you for your hard work and dedication, lunch will be provided to all volunteers by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Lake Kaweah staff.

This event is a fantastic opportunity to give back to the land we all enjoy. We hope to see you there!
