Volunteers will meet at the Red Ledges Day Use Area at 10:00 AM for instruction and assignments. Tools and supplies will be provided. Volunteers will be instructed how to delicately remove graffiti from sandstone. If fencing repairs are needed volunteers will be taught on how to make repairs. If benches need staining that may be assigned. The area will have a general litter clean up as well. The project is expected to go no later than 1:00 PM. Volunteers should bring water, sun protection and any other items they may need to be outside for this time period. There is minimal hiking, but some work may take place in areas next steep cliff faces, protective equipment will be provided as needed.
