You are invited to the first National Public Lands Day at the Peachtree City Athletic Complex - PAC Trails this Saturday, Sept. 26th starting at 9am. Join members of the SouthSide Cycling Club and the local community as we hike and bike the PAC Trails and survey the addition of new multi-use natural surface trails. The Peachtree City Council has already approved the addition of over 1 mile of new PAC Trails. This project was identified in the 2025 Recreation Master Plan. You can hike or mountain bike before or after the trail survey which will start at 9am next to the trailhead kiosk. National Public Lands Day celebrates an enduring American commitment to conservation. The National Environmental Education Foundation (NEEF) is the nation’s leading organization in lifelong environmental learning, creating opportunities for people to experience and learn about the environment in ways that improve their lives and the health of the planet.
