Grab your trash grabbers and your gloves! This National Public Land Day, you can protect public lands by cleaning up litter and deconstructing erosion logs along Arches National Park's entrance road.

Volunteers will beautify and clean up Arches National Park. The erosion logs that line the entrance road are made of plastic mesh tubes filled with straw. Not only do they present an eye sore as visitors enter the park, as they break down, they contaminate the parks' pristine environment with microplastics. All needed gear will be provided. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

To register and get event information, please email SEUG_Volunteer@nps.gov or call 435-719-2214.
