Event details

Xerces Society (The Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation) is providing Brooks Memorial State Park with a wide variety of plants to facilitate pollinator habitat development. Those provided will be spread out between nine different sites on the north side of the highway that will also bolster the park's aesthetic following a recent forest thinning project.

Volunteers will be broken up into teams. Each team will be assigned a zone or zones and provided with the tools needed for planting (though bringing your own would be helpful).
