Join Sustainable Sandhills for a trek through the beautiful longleaf pine savannahs of Carver’s Creek State Park (Sandhills Access) and learn about the unique environmental and economic contributions of our ecosystem.

We'll hike the 1.4 mile Wiregrass Loop Trail, and our guide will discuss the flora and fauna in the longleaf pine habitat, prescribed fire, economic contributions of pine forests and more!

The trail is mostly flat, but there are sections of deep sand. Wear comfortable shoes and bring your water bottles and cameras!
