Event details
Volunteer your time to help us clear some of the small trees and shrubs along the wetland area on the northern part of the pond below the cave. Maintaining a proper riparian buffer along waterways is important for bank stabilization and water quality. It also helps provide habitat for wildlife. In order for healthy trees to grow, some need to be thinned out. Participants will be using hand saws provided by the park.
