The J. Strom Thurmond Project is thrilled to invite you, your family, and your organizations to partner with us for this year's National Public Lands Day (NPLD)! This is our biggest hands-on volunteer effort of the year, dedicated entirely to preserving, beautifying, and cleaning up the beautiful shoreline of J. Strom Thurmond Lake.

Our public lands are incredible resources, and keeping them clean takes a community effort. Whether you have a favorite local beach, a frequent fishing spot, or a specific stretch of shoreline that you love to visit, we want to help you protect it.
