NPLD 2025: Taking Care of Our Home Outdoors
The Bureau of Land Management staff will host a volunteer event at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area on 9/27/25 from 8:00-11:00 am.

Event details

Volunteers from the local high school, local scouting groups, community organizations and the general public will gather at the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse Outstanding Natural Area to celebrate Public Lands and to Take Care of Our Home Outdoors by removing trash from the shorelines and trails, removing weeds and other invasive plants from the site, and work in the new pollinator garden.  Gloves, buckets and other tools will be provided. Bring refillable water bottle and be prepared for the elements. 

Volunteers can pre-register by emailing kmoore@blm.gov or just show up on the day of the event near the south trail head on Beach Road at 8:00am.
