On September 27th, 2025, the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) at Lake Kaweah will be hosting a day of volunteering at Lake Kaweah for National Public Lands Day. This year we will be sending teams out with USACE Staff to remove litter & graffiti at our recreation areas and rehabilitating Horse Creek Campground. Registration begins at 8:00 AM in the Horse Creek Campground. After registering, volunteers will go out with USACE Staff to their assigned areas, work until noon, then return for a hosted lunch provided by USACE Staff. The event is open to all ages.
