The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) invites the community to participate in an exciting volunteer event aimed at enhancing the Good Water Rim Trail and discouraging off-route travel. This initiative is designed to engage local residents who enjoy the area and are passionate about protecting its sensitive resources. Volunteers will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the preservation of the trail while enjoying the great outdoors.

Participants are encouraged to bring their mountain bikes to help monitor the trail effectively. During the event, volunteers will work together to identify and repair trail braiding issues, which can lead to environmental degradation, as well as reclaim unauthorized routes that threaten the integrity of the trail system. This collaborative effort not only helps maintain the trail but also fosters a sense of community among those who share a love for the outdoors.

Join us for a rewarding day of trail work, where your efforts will make a lasting impact on the Good Water Rim Trail. We look forward to seeing you there!
