Grande Ronde Public Lands Day
In the spirit of celebrating and supporting the gifts of our watershed, come join us Saturday, September 26 for Grande Ronde Public Lands Day at Riverside park. This event is part of National Public Lands Day (NPLD) - an effort that started over 30 years ago and has inspired hundreds of thousands of volunteers to give back to our nation's public lands in all 50 states and US territories.

Come join us for Grande Ronde Public Lands Day at Riverside Park.

To discover and nurture our local public lands, the Grande Ronde Community Science Project is partnering with La Grande Parks and Rec,  Friends of Ladd Marsh, and Blue Mountains Conservancy.

REGISTRATION OPENS August 1: RSVP's are needed by Tues, Sept 22 to reserve a lunch (space is limited).

The public is invited to engage in hands-on projects including:

- Watershed Monitoring with Grande Ronde Community Science
- Tiny Forest Planting and Tree Care with La Grande Parks and Rec
- Birding with Friends of Ladd Marsh
- Art activities with Blue Mountain Conservancy Wild School
- Storybook nook

Free Lunch (space is limited) - RSVP required by Tuesday, Sept 22.
