Volunteers are being sought out to repair the fencing around the monument, repair and replace flag poles and flags. We encourage trash pick up in and around the access roads, the site and the monument. 

Meet at 8am at BLM in Rock Springs; 280 N HWY 191, Rock Springs, WY 82901 to follow the volunteers to the site. Meet at the Clay Basin Rd for a safety briefing at 9am. 

Volunteers should wear layered clothing for inclement weather, closed toed shoes for walking on uneven ground and prepare to be away from restrooms for the day. We suggest gloves, hats, sunscreen and personal items as needed items for the day. Pack a lunch, water and plan for your own transportation to and from the location.
