Join us at 9 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 12, at Pigeon Point Group Campground as we float, walk, and retrieve trash from our beloved Wild and Scenic Trinity River from Junction City to Burnt Ranch. Organizers will be providing morning snacks and refreshments, trash collecting equipment and PPE, shuttle vehicles to and from river accesses, and group rafting opportunities.
Registration for this event is highly encouraged to help us coordinate boats, shuttles, and volunteers a link will be posted shortly. If you would like to travel by foot to retrieve debris, there will be groups traveling to the River Access locations, local swimming holes, and Adopt-A-Highway volunteer groups working on their adopted mile sections along State Route 299.
Come out and lend a hand to prepare our Trinity River to showcase its beauty to visitors from across the nation. More information on the upcoming event can be found here. The 2026 Trinity River Clean-Ups are proudly hosted by local land management agencies, non-profits, and volunteers in the community.
