Tumacácori National Historical Park will be hosting Por La Tierra - Por La Cultura, a non-profit organization based out of Mesa, AZ, to remove invasive goathead (Tribulus Terrestris) from the fiesta grounds on the north side of the park. With the mutual mission to protect and uplift our communities and planet for current and future generations, volunteers will be educated on the importance of native plant communities, negative impacts of invasive plants, and what it means to preserve these communities for the public.
