Please join the US Army Corps of Engineers on Saturday, 27 September 2025, from 7:30AM-11:00AM to take part in National Public Lands Day. Whitney Lake Park Rangers and volunteers like you will be cleaning up trash and debris along the shoreline and wooded areas surrounding Walling Bend Park. Equipment and materials such as gloves, trash bags, trash grabbers and vests will be provided to all volunteers. Please be sure to wear close-toed shoes for this event.
