By joining the BLM at the Water Canyon Recreation Area for National Public Lands Day on 9/27/2025, you’ll help care for and protect Public Lands for future generations. Public Lands inspire us, shape community and provide recreation opportunities for all. From maintaining trails, installing fire rings, to removing invasive plant species, by joining fellow community members for this event, your participation keeps these spaces welcoming, vibrant, and full of life. 

The event will start at 8:00 am and will wrap up at noon. Please meet at the first bathroom. Registration will occur at the beginning of the event. Please wear/bring long sleeve shirt and pants, boots, work gloves, eye protection, water, trail snacks and sunscreen. For more information please contact  Bureau of Land Management, 5100 E.
