Is my donation secure?
Yes. NEEF processes donations through Pledge, which uses Stripe for payment processing. Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider, the highest level of payment security certification. Your card information is encrypted on your device and sent directly to Stripe without passing through any other system.
Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. A receipt will be sent to the email address you provide. Monthly donors receive a receipt after each transaction. Please keep it for tax purposes.
How is my personal data handled?
Your data is handled in accordance with NEEF's privacy policy and that of Pledge, our donation platform partner.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
