National Public Lands Day makes a big impact on our public lands — and your event is part of that story. The deadline to complete the post-event survey is typically 2 weeks after the fourth Saturday in September.
The survey takes roughly 10-15 minutes and is available in two formats, Google Forms and Survey Monkey. Please use the one that you prefer:

Since progress cannot be saved, we recommend using this document to record the outcomes in the field. This will help you keep track of volunteer numbers, conservation data, and other successes before submitting your results online.
Your input allows us to capture the full scope of this year’s accomplishments and highlight the collective impact of NPLD. We also encourage you to use this data to evaluate your own event — celebrate what worked well, debrief with your team, and identify ways to make next year even stronger.
