Climate Superstars Promotional Toolkit

Presented by Samsung, ENERGY STAR®, and the National Environmental Education Foundation (NEEF), Climate Superstars is an online environmental challenge that gets kids excited about the environment and how they can take an active role in caring for its future. During the challenge, middle school classrooms (Grades 6-8) complete short tasks geared towards environmental literacy and energy efficiency. Tasks can be performed online or in person. Classes that complete at least 7 of the 10 tasks by the end of the challenge are eligible for a drawing to win one of six $5,000 e-vouchers for Samsung products.

Looking for educational classroom activities that work online or in-person?

Climate Superstars is a month-long online environmental challenge for middle school students (Grades 6-8) comprised of NGSS-aligned tasks geared towards environmental literacy and energy efficiency. If your classroom completes 7 of the 10 tasks, you'll have the chance to win one of six $5,000 e-vouchers for Samsung products like tablets, laptops, and interactive displays to modernize your classroom!

Who Can Enter?
Teachers/educators in a public or private Middle School, or After-School Organization that teaches grades 6-8.

How Does it Work?
Register your class online and visit the Climate Superstars portal during the contest period to access tasks and record your activities.

How Do I Win?
Classrooms that complete at least 7 tasks by midnight on October 31 will be entered into a drawing for a $5,000 e-voucher for Samsung products.
